Dear Wrangell Harbor Basin Users and Wrangell Boating Community Members-
The City and Borough of Wrangell is applying for federal funds to reconstruct the Wrangell Harbor Basin, which will include Reliance Float, Inner Harbor, Standard Oil Float, and the Airplane Float. As part of the application the City and Borough of Wrangell must submit quantifiable data regarding safety issues. If you have utilized these facilities for permanent or transient use, please take the 3 min survey below regarding safety issues that have directly affected you, your guests, or your vessel.
