Looking for a way to destress? Intrigued by yoga but not sure about lying on the floor? Try chair yoga classes at Dimond Park Aquatic Center, offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon beginning April 4.
Chair yoga can help release tension and stress, improve physical agility, strengthen balance, and improve range of motion, focus, and coordination. No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome to join.
Make classes part of your weekly routine, or drop in whenever you need some soothing exercise. No need to register—just head on down to the DPAC events room. Admission is included with a pool pass, or general admission rates apply ($8 adult, $6 youth/senior).
