Augustus Brown Pool is turning 50 years old this year—and we're celebrating with big renovations!
AGB will close on April 3 for construction work anticipated to last through early 2024. These important renovations will make AGB more accessible, energy-efficient, and user-friendly for a new era of Juneau swimmers. Before AGB goes on vacation, Juneau Pools will host several special events including 50th Anniversary Free Swims and Dog Day at AGB. Stay tuned for dates and times soon. Meanwhile, young swimmers will have a chance to see their art become a part of the new pool with the AGB 50 Years Children's Art Project. Learn how to take part: bit.ly/3XZu6Vc
