Deadline to request an ABSENTEE BY MAIL BALLOT is August 6. If you're applying online, you must do so by 11:59pm on August 6.

If you're mailing your application, it must arrive at our offices on or before Aug 6. If you want to apply in person, you can do so at our regional offices August 5 from 8am to 5pm and August 6 from 10am to 4pm.
