Wrangell's Ottesen's Ace Hardware is celebrating its official Grand Opening July 8 through July 10.
Ottesen's Ace Hardware, formally known as Ottesen's True Value located at 104 Front St., finalized the sale on Feb. 15 to be taken over by Ace Hardware, according to Wrangell Sentinel. The location is owned and operated by David and Boots Roemhildt.
“Our mission is to provide customers with the neighborly advice and assistance they have come to expect from Ace,” says Ace Hardware officials. “We look forward to becoming a helpful and valuable neighbor to the community, both inside and outside the walls of our store.”
Ottenson's Ace Hardware announced their Grand Opening Event in a June 28 Facebook post.
In addition to having a Grand Opening, Ottesen's Ace Hardware will have a free giveaway. Giveaways items include a room makeover Box of a $100 gift card, paint brush and tool, booklet and Ben Moore Swag; a Weber Spirit FGrill E-210, a Milwaukee Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Kit and an EGO Power Plus Battery String Trimmer, according to information provided.
