Of the 297 people living in Mosquito Lake CDP in 2020, 43.8 percent (130) were women and 56.2 percent (167) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 18. In the 65 and over age range, there were 67 females and 104 males.
