Census Bureau: More men than women in Juneau city and borough in 2019

Of the 32,227 people living in Juneau city and borough in 2019, 48.8 percent (15,723) were women and 51.2 percent (16,504) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 10,944-to-10,300. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,094 females and 1,945 males.
